My great grandfather was always an A grade storyteller (and classic English troublemaker), so naturally I grew up on stories of his sisters, ‘Wren’ who was smart and sophisticated and ‘Windsor’ who was charismatic and crafty.
They were always heroes for me and when I started marketing, I imagined them both as the perfect strategy duo, one analytical and data driven, the other creative and full of endless ideas.
And from that Wren & Windsor was born, celebrating the perfect blend of brains and charisma which we put into every client, every campaign and every day!

Working between Media Agencies and Facebook, Ainslie grew up in ‘big media’, learning all there is to know about digital on clients such as Universal Sony Pictures, Laser Clinics Australia and Fisher & Paykel.
Ainslie brings a strategy focused approach to her work with expertise in branding, buying and planning which allows her to focus on all stages of a client’s set up & implementation.

With over 5 years of experience running social media accounts, plus editorial and advertorial experience with the Urban List, Mathew knows the ins and outs of managing a community, writing copy and planning content.
Mathew brings passion, enthusiasm and an eye for detail to all of his accounts, perfectly blending together creativity and analysis.

Working across two documentary series in East Timor and Timor-Leste, Victoria brings 3 years of photo and videography experience to the Wren & Windsor team along with an extensive knowledge and skill with graphic design.
Victoria brings an eye for detail and creative conceptualisation to all of our clients and creative projects.
With experience in both copywriting, social media management and web analysis, Courtney has a wealth of practical knowledge which she brings to her role in assisting both the creative and marketing sides of the business.
